2026 Spring Evaluation Day

REGISTRATION (TBall through Babe Ruth):

*TBall and Babe Ruth: 2:30pm - 3pm (No evaluation required)

   **Divisions Machine Pitch - Majors: Please come during your specified evaluation time frame

• Proof of player’s birthdate: Birth Certificate or Passport

• Two checks for $60 (made out to FYBL) per player for your Parent Participation Points.These checks will only be cashed if your family does not fulfill the volunteer obligations by the end of the season. If you cannot volunteer, a buyout is available for $120.

•  * We will NOT  be accepting cash deposits. The league’s Zell QR code will be available to you, if you cannot provide checks. If you choose to use the Zell QR for your Parent Participation Point deposit, please state “2026 PPP DEPOSIT” in the notes. That money will be refunded at the end of the season if you fulfill your volunteer obligations. 

• Pay off balance due for Registration Fees, if applicable

  Note: If your player cannot attend skill evals during the designated time, we will have a make-up day in January. Players will not be allowed to assess with a lower division. (No Exceptions)

Evaluations will consist of drills to assess fielding, hitting and pitching (Machine Pitch through Majors). Please have your players bring a glove, USA Certified bat, and batting helmet. Your player will receive a number once they complete the registration process and then placed into a group.

* We are still in need of coaches for TBall through Majors. Please let us know ASAP and register for the Head Coach volunteer position under your account so that we can have you participate in the player evaluation process (Machine Pitch - Majors).

Uniforms (TBall through Babe Ruth)

Stop by the Uniforms Station and confirm your player’s jersey size and spelling of the last name. If you need to change the jersey size or correct spelling, you can do so at this time. We cannot make any changes once the uniforms are ordered.
